Solar with Style: Polo Run Amenties Grand Opening

Lakewood Ranch's only solar community, Polo Run, unveiled their new amenities this past weekend. The resort style pool overlooks a massive lake and makes a bold first impression. The main gathering room, which is both cozy and comfortable, has an inviting fireplace, a big screen TV, and plenty of seating areas. Polo Run also features a full featured gym, bocce ball, and tennis too.

While the amenities impress, the homes are what shine (no pun intended considering this is a solar community--I swear, that just rolled right off my fingertips as I wrote it...haha). One of my favorite plans in Polo Run has to be the new Oakmont. The original Oakmont, which can be found in a couple of different communities in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Bradenton, was always a popular plan. However, this new twist on the Oakmont, with a completely open kitchen, steals the show. I could tell you more about it, but to see it in person is what makes the difference.
