New Amenity Campus at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch Now Open
The new Amenity campus at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is officially open. I recently had a chance to walk through the campus and the first thing that I noticed is that the setup was inspired by the community's predecessor, Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch.
The tiki bar is still, in my mind, the signature feature. Sure , you have the spa, the resort style pool, the fitness center--all of it I love. But the tiki bar is where you go to meet and mingle. You can imagine all of the patrons sitting around the main bar area just having great conversations and enjoying good food. It has a Key West feel and it just feels like Florida.
New homes for sale in Lakewood Ranch--and particularly in Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch--continue to sell at quickly. How do we know? Well, inventory is still low. In some cases, including Azario, it is still a bidding process on some of the homesites. That is not something most buyers want to here, but demand continues to be in high demand. And, really, what's the harm in bidding? You put in a number that is comfortable for you and let the chips fall where they may.
The culinary clubhouse at Esplanade at Azario is still under construction but it was a lot further along than I had anticipated. This is really a testament to how popular this community has been--I can only imagine that demand has accelerated the need to have a full service amenity campus that is complete prior to the final buildout for the community.
