So why is Allure such a great place to be? Golden Gate Point is located on a 22 acre upscale peninsula that is right around the corner from the Ringling Causeway, a bridge that extends past the Sarasota Bay to St, Armands Key and Lido Key. John Ringling, who owned large tracts of land on the Keys, financed the bridge at a cost of $750,000.00 (which, in 2020, would cost 11,1 million). The ornate bridge opened in 1926. In 1927, Ringling donated the bridge to the city of Sarasota. The walkways on either side of the bridge are coveted by Sarasota residents for leisure activities and exercise. Talk about walking in style...your entire view is the Sarasota skyline, the keys, or Sarasota Bay. Not too shabby.
The Allure condo complex is comprised of 4 modern buildings. These tri-level homes are 4030 square feet, include a 3 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and private 6 person elevators too. The residences feature secured building entry and there is a full sized private roof top with views of the Sarasota Bay. These residences were built with exceptionally high standards and opulence in mind. Sarasota's downtown amenities are a quick jaunt away, and St. Armands Circle, Lido Key, and Longboat Key beckon you just west of your location.
