Chieko "Chi" Horras provides over 15 years of customer care and service to the Casella Group. A graduate of Iowa State University and a varsity member of the Iowa State Gymnastics Team, she applies the same drive, determination, and perseverance that led to her athletic success when helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

With her first hand knowledge and experiences as a military spouse, Chi understands the challenges associated with the consistent relocation and transitions that occur, especially with those serving in the military and their families. She has an extensive background in resort-style communities, luxury homes, and golfing communities, which also includes property management on the island of Maui, with clients from Kapalua to Wailea. Chi specializes in providing lifestyle-based client relocation real estate solutions — from the golf courses to the gulf coast.

Prior to her life in Florida, Chi has lived all over the country and boasts having lived in 11 states - including the two non-continental states of Alaska and Hawaii. Chi enjoys spending her spare time outdoors with her husband and dogs, and traveling to new places. A self-proclaimed "foodie", she delights in cooking for her family and friends, traveling the world, and seeking out new dining experiences.
